Our client is seeking a Privileged Access Management Specialist with a development background in Calgary, AB to support the integration of SailPoint, Active Directory (AD), and BeyondTrust.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing both business analysis and development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate SailPoint, Active Directory, and BeyondTrust into a unified privileged access workflow.

  • Perform dual roles:

    • Business Analyst – gather requirements, define processes, and engage stakeholders.

    • Developer – build integrations, automate tasks, and implement technical solutions.

    • Improve accountability by defining ownership, controls, and compliance processes.

    • Streamline and simplify operations support, including documentation and process mapping, to meet defined SLAs.

    • Design and implement a service account tiering model using existing identity platforms.

    • Design a logical PAM architecture and build supporting procedures.

    • Document sustainable operational processes that align with compliance and security requirements.

    • Provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) to ensure adoption of new privileged access processes.

    • Ensure all privileged accounts are created through SailPoint and Active Directory and are automatically added or removed from BeyondTrust as required.

    • Develop a comprehensive Privileged Access Management technical standard.

      Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM)

    • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    • Experience integrating with SailPoint, Active Directory, and BeyondTrust

    • Strong development skills (e.g., PowerShell, Java, REST APIs)

    • Business analysis experience with process design and stakeholder engagement

    • Understanding of governance, compliance, and control frameworks

    • Ability to document procedures, streamline workflows, and support audit readiness

    • Demonstrated ability to use a 10-key adding machine with speed and accuracy
    • Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour with a high level of precision
