Payroll Officer
Location: Leederville
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours/week
Contract: ASAP start – 31 December 2025
Rate: Up to $58.99/hour
Role: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a high-performing and supportive team. This role is based in Leederville and offers the opportunity to deliver proactive, customer-focused payroll services in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

Role: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a high-performing and supportive team. This role is based in Leederville and offers the opportunity to deliver proactive, customer-focused payroll services in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and HR records accurately, including base pay, allowances, deductions, superannuation, tax, new hires, terminations, and employee movements
- Maintain personnel records in line with regulatory requirements
- Generate HR and payroll reports
- Provide advice on employment conditions and entitlements
- Resolve complex payroll queries and coach users on HR systems
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders
- Experience interpreting employment conditions and awards
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Intermediate skills in Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and client service focus
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Previous payroll experience in a medium to large organisation
