We are currently recruiting an experienced Permit Office Coordinator to join a Major Global Energy Operator in Western Australia on an initial 12-month contract, on a 3/3 roster. role.

Job description:
The Permit Office Coordinator will report to the Production Area Team Leaders and is responsible for:
- Acting as the Permit Issuer and issuing all permits as directed and approved by the Area Lead Technicians.
- Managing the review of EPIs before the due date.
- Preparation of isolation packs
- Management of Personal Gas Monitors i.e. ensuring they are bump tested before each use and calibrated as required.
- Archiving all wet inked documentation.
- Managing Tag Printers (ribbons etc), tag stock levels, and all associated isolation hardware.
- Suspension of all Risk Level permits & Excluding permits requiring De-Isolate for Test.
- Preferably candidates will have a MSIC and BOSIET tickets
- Have experience in the electronic permit work systems and O&G industry
