About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer to join a major EPC compnay3 in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals, and supporting the successful execution of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.

About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer to join a major EPC compnay3 in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals, and supporting the successful execution of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule alignment.
- Prepare and present progress reports, S-curves, and earned value analysis.
- Support project controls including cost tracking and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of planning experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and project controls.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Experience with offshore (Surf/ Subsea) oil & gas projects.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as API, ASME, or ISO.
- Certification in PMI-SP, PMP, or equivalent is a plus.
- High level of English language is required for the role.
