A fast-growing national logistics business with it's head office in Perth is seeking a PMO Technology Specialist to join its expanding technology team. Backed by significant investment and undergoing rapid transformation, the company is rolling out major upgrades across CRM, cybersecurity, and other enterprise systems.
As the right hand to the National Technology Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth coordination across systems and stakeholders. You'll also be involved in setting up governance so experience technical writing is well regarded.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the delivery of multiple concurrent technology projects.
- Coordinating with third-party integrators and internal teams.
- Managing vendor relationships and tracking project milestones.
- Providing hands-on support across applications, data systems, and reporting tools.
- Acting as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Solid technical knowledge in SQL, data systems, and application support.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior leadership.
- Ability to wear multiple hats in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project coordination or PMO support within tech-driven environments.
