Role Title: Spanish speaking Policy & Procedure Review Officer
Location: Perth CBD
Duration: 3 months
Reports to: Risk Specialist
Essential: Spanish Speaking
Role Purpose:
Support the review, update, and development of Finance department policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with current practices. Establish a centralised repository for easy access and future reference. Key Responsibilities
• Review existing policies and procedures for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies
• Consult with internal stakeholders to validate content
• Identify gaps in the current framework and propose solutions
• Prioritise and draft new or updated critical policies and procedures
• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand
• Create a centralised repository (e.g., shared drive, SharePoint) to store updated documents
• Prepare documents and supporting materials for internal review and approval
