NES Fircroft are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our Offshore Wind developer client, on an initial 12 month contract.

We are looking for an individual who has experience with stakeholder management, tendering, negotiation and award of WTG service agreements.

Within the role, you would be working on a hybrid basis, which would include 3 days in our clients' London office.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing the negotiation of the Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) and Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) contracts for the WTG package in collaboration with the project team stakeholders
  • Leading the negotiation of the commercial contractual terms with the preferred supplier to the point of FID and Contract Award
  • Delivering the SMA and LTSA contracts in line with the project schedule
  • Working closely with the project team negotiating the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA) to ensure the interfaces and commercial risks are appropriately captured between these contracts
  • Support the process of preparing for, and seeking approval from, the Project Leadership Team, Board and Shareholders to award contracts
