Procurement Specialist – Capital Projects
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist – Capital to lead sourcing and supply activities across multiple locations for capital projects. This role serves as the single point of accountability to the Procurement Manager – Capital, ensuring alignment between procurement strategies and project objectives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist – Capital to lead sourcing and supply activities across multiple locations for capital projects. This role serves as the single point of accountability to the Procurement Manager – Capital, ensuring alignment between procurement strategies and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for capital projects from scoping to implementation.
- Manage supplier contracts, negotiations, and performance to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Lead RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations to meet project goals for cost, quality, and schedule.
- Resolve commercial issues and drive cost recovery for supplier performance problems.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a gatekeeper to channel procurement requests to appropriate processes and teams.
- Proven experience in capital procurement, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Ability to align procurement strategies with project goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
