We’re currently partnering with a well-established mining operator who is seeking a driven and adaptable Procurement or Contracts Specialist to join their team on a 12-month contract. What you'll be doing:
You'll play a hands-on role in supporting a steady pipeline of construction projects across various sites. From early-stage sourcing and procurement through to contract administration and project execution, you’ll be working closely with internal teams and site-based stakeholders to ensure commercial outcomes are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing:
You'll play a hands-on role in supporting a steady pipeline of construction projects across various sites. From early-stage sourcing and procurement through to contract administration and project execution, you’ll be working closely with internal teams and site-based stakeholders to ensure commercial outcomes are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
What we're looking for:
- 6–10 years of experience in sourcing and contract management for construction projects
- Industry background in mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure
- Solid exposure to pre-contract procurement activities (RFx, contract development, vendor negotiations)
- Ideally some post-contract or contract administration experience during delivery
- Proven ability to build relationships with remote stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Able to juggle multiple small projects with tight deadlines—this is key to success
- Comfortable with semi-regular travel to site (2–3 days per fortnight)
