Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Snyder, TX (Assignment in Salt Creek)
Schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off (8-hour shifts, Sunday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, operate, and maintain production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and conduct minor repairs on well-site facilities.
  • Collect and analyze production data to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies.
  • Collaborate with field personnel to maintain production targets.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in oil and gas production operations preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in field environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to safety.
Additional Information: This role follows a 10/4 schedule: 10 consecutive 8-hour workdays followed by 4 days off. The workweek runs from Sunday to Saturday.
