Job SummaryThe Compression Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing compression equipment in a field production environment. The role supports equipment reliability and production goals by minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on compressors, pumps, and related systems.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement solutions.
- Support production teams to meet operational targets.
- Assist with equipment installation and startup.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with field vendors and team members.
- 5+ years of hands-on compression experience required.
- Oil and gas experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to read schematics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in varying conditions and schedules.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
