Production Tech Position Overview
The Production Tech is responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment. This role requires diagnosing equipment failures, troubleshooting problems, and making necessary repairs. The technician will collaborate with production staff to ensure quality and quantity goals are met. This is a technically demanding job requiring independence and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
•Maintain and repair production equipment
•Troubleshoot issues, diagnose failures, and perform necessary repairs
•Collaborate with production staff to meet production goals

Requirements:
•GED or Associate's degree in engineering or a related field
•5–10+ years of relevant experience (8–10+ years ideal)
•Manufacturing experience preferred

Field Operations & Contract Details:
•Team size: 8 rotating employees for coverage during training
•Contract duration: Approximately 1 year with potential for extension
•Field-based roles with potential to transition to full-time employment

Work Schedule Breakdown (either schedule)
8/6 Schedule: 10-hour rotating schedule. Employee works 10 hours for 8 days (Wednesday to Wednesday) followed by 6 days off. The work week is from Sunday to Saturday.
7/7 Schedule: 12-hour rotating schedule. Employees work 6 hours on Wednesday at the start of their rotation and 6 hours on Wednesday at the end of their rotation. They work 12 hours Thursday - Tuesday during their rotation. This work week is from Sunday to Saturday.
