We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our growing team in the renewable energy industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting project teams through effective administration, document control, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and engineering teams
  • Coordinate project calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare project documentation
  • Maintain and organize project files, ensuring accurate document control
  • Track project deliverables and assist with reporting and dashboard updates
  • Use project management tools such as Odoo, Microsoft Project, SAP, and Primavera P6 to update and monitor project data
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth project execution
Qualifications
  • Experience in project administration, preferably in engineering, construction, or renewable energy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with document control systems and project management software
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bonus: Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry practices
