Project Coordinator – Nuclear (Ontario) Join a global automation company with 1,000+ employees designing and building mission-critical solutions in mobility, nuclear, and specialty sectors.

As Project Coordinator, you’ll support the Nuclear Engineering team in delivering high-impact automation projects. You’ll manage project scope, resources, schedules, and documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role requires designation as a Nuclear Energy Worker and occasional work in radioactive environments.

 Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project planning, execution, and close-out

  • Facilitate design reviews and cross-functional meetings

  • Develop schedules, forecasts, and technical documentation

  • Support tender evaluations, bid packages, and proposals

  • Ensure engineering and QA process compliance

  • Contribute to tooling improvements and continuous design enhancements

 Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering (Systems Design, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, etc.)

  • P.Eng. license in Ontario is an asset

  • 5+ years of project engineering experience

  • Familiarity with automation systems and ECC processes

  • SolidWorks proficiency is a plus
