One of our Oilfield Services clients is currently seeking a Project Engineering Manager (PEM) to join their team on a 6-month contract. The preferred location for this role is Oslo, however other locations within Europe can be considered. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Planning and executing the engineering work for dedicated projects, including all technical areas such as Process, Electrical, Instrument & Control, Telecoms, Mechanical, Piping-Layout, 3D modelling, and Structure. 
  • Accountable for all technical areas of the scope, providing technical advice and guidance to the project to ensure client expectations, goals and aims are achieved. 
  • Co-ordinate and collaborate with other members of the Engineering Management Group and departments such as BD, Sales & Life Cycle Services 
  • Maximise the tender winning chances by continuously working with BD&S, technology team, procurement, engineering, and management to optimise technical tender solutions and concept from handover from BD&S to submission.
Requirements: 
  • Hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role, managing multidiscipline engineering teams on EPC projects.
  • Have strong knowledge of the interfaces between engineering, procurement, and fabrication of process/utility/topside modules and skids, including rotating/static equipment, piping, valves, instrumentation, and ancillary systems.
