Project LCI System responsible 
 
Contract period: 01.05.2024 - 30.04.2027
Location: TBD

Main Tasks:

- Coordinate with PRO – LCI Lead to ensure the system is fit for purpose
- Collaborate with OPS – LCI System Governance regarding PRO and ASSET system interfaces
- Initiate, solve and implement improvements within system and align with relevant stakeholders
- Drive “new ways of working” and train LCI discipline community in the use of the system
- Ensure training materials, guidelines are available for users and updated according to processes
- Stakeholder management towards process and system interfaces
- Facilitate user forums with support from Application Management
- Present changes to Governance Team
- Participate in cross-company workshop to lead industry best practice
- Verify/Review adherence usage of system in ongoing projects
- Contribute to completion user forum to clarify any subjects related to LCI functionality

Qualifications:
- Higher education. Practical relevant experience and knowledge may replace formal education
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with LCI in field development projects as Operator
- Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry
- Knowledge of LCI Systems terminology, preferably formal education/courses within this area
- Knowledge of E&P company’s value chain
- Excellent knowledge of LCI systems, preferably PIMS and Aveva
- Super user experience in Office 365 products and especially Teams and SharePoint
- Preferable with experience with digital LCI interfaces
- Fluent in Norwegian language, written and spoken
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Structured and quality oriented
- Good communication abilities
- Strong collaboration skills and team player attitude
- Proactive, takes initiative, drives work forward
