The Project Lead will oversee the successful delivery of a facilities project from start to finish. This includes planning, execution, and closeout, while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and managing cost, schedule, risk, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Communication:
- Lead and integrate project team functions.
- Communicate project goals, progress, and issues to all stakeholders.
- Ensure team alignment and resolve roadblocks early.
- Define project scope, objectives, and execution plans.
- Deliver cost estimates and schedules.
- Conduct project phase kick-offs and reviews.
- Apply lessons learned from past projects.
- Coordinate work to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Support engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Track performance, manage risks, and handle changes.
- Define scopes of work and manage vendor selection.
- Address contractor issues as needed.
- Plan and execute project closeout activities.
- Celebrate success and document lessons learned.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of oil & gas facilities engineering experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- 7+ years of oil & gas project experience.
- Experience with ConocoPhillips CPMS.
- Arctic project experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
