Our valued client, Woodside Energy, is currently seeking a Project Logistics Coordinator to join their Perth based team.

About the Role:

Deliver end-to-end Project Logistics services supporting our projects. Drive project success in preparation for handover to operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinator of Project Logistics Activities- Responsible for supporting and maintaining Chain of Responsibility and HSE outcomes- Daily coordination between internal and external stakeholders such as Contractors, Suppliers, Projects, Operations, Warehousing, Inventory, Logistics.- Forecast track and monitor delivery of freight to Warehouses- Execute Logistics Assurance Plan activities for preparation of receipt of materials into Company Care, Custody, and Control- Support Project Operations Readiness Team with Project Logistics- Support planning for execution of operations- Execute Ready to Receipt activities in preparation for receipt of materials- Support and coordinate Receipt Discrepancy close out- Forecast and plan warehousing storage requirements such space and special storage requirements- Support preservation management of Project materials- Support execution of handover to operations- Monitor and confirm project alignment to internal end-to-end supply chain and logistics requirements- Forecast track and monitor delivery of freight to Warehouses- Work with warehousing focal to organise receipt, storage and preservation of materials- Execute internal project specific audits for Project Logistics- Coordinate transport requests- Lead and Coordinate weekly Project Logistics meetings- Attend weekly stakeholder meetings- Maintain SOX Compliance
Skills & Experience:- Experience in end to end Project Logistics or Freight Forwarding- SAP/ SAP4Hana Experience required- Analytical skills- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to manage change across various stakeholders- Proven capability to build and sustain multidisciplinary and cross-functional relationships
