This is an opportunity for someone who has come through the ranks, ideally you would be a qualified carpenter or someone who has come from a strong technical background and understands the fundamentals of NZ construction.

Key Requirements
- New Zealand Commercial Construction experience.
- Experience organising resources to achieve the key objectives.
- The ability to analyse specifications, drawings and contracts/NZS3910.
- Understand the technical challenges and methodology of commercial construction.
- Have high level problem solving and communication skills, consulting with all relevant internal personnel and external parties when required.
- Junior or Intermediate Project Management experience
