This is an opportunity for someone who has come through the ranks, ideally you would be a qualified carpenter or someone who has come from a strong technical background and understands the fundamentals of NZ construction.
Key Requirements  
  • New Zealand Commercial Construction experience.
  • Experience organising resources to achieve the key objectives.
  • The ability to analyse specifications, drawings and contracts/NZS3910.
  • Understand the technical challenges and methodology of commercial construction.
  • Have high level problem solving and communication skills, consulting with all relevant internal personnel and external parties when required.
  • Junior or Intermediate Project Management experience
In return you will enjoy working across multiple well-resourced projects of varying sizes, working alongside Supervises and Site Managers and collaborating closely with the Quantity Surveying and Planning team, further developing your commercial acumen.
