Contract period: 15.08.2025 - 14.08.2026
Location: Oslo, Stavanger or Trondheim

Main Tasks:

• Project Manager for Company projects who follows the Stage Gate Process for typical hydrocarbon projects
• Facilitate a creative environment with high interaction - to ensure that all options and potential concepts are defined and developed 
• Ensure successful execution and integration of the overall Project in the Concept Development phase (integrator of all deliverables from Facilities, D&W, Operations,Reservoir, Commercial etc.) and potentially also post DG2
• Ensure Project performance (Concept identification/ evaluation/screening, project execution, HSE, quality, schedule, cost, reporting, risk management) and overall deliveries of a Project 
• Stakeholder management and communication to stakeholders
• Contribute to further development and improvement of Company processes and procedures
• Travelling must be expected

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience from working on hydrocarbon projects
• Experience in working in the stages from pre DG0 to Concept Select and strong knowledge on the stages post DG2
• Master of Science or MBA
• Previous experience as Project Manager/Group Leader (or similar) with a proven track record for delivering results and managing groups of multi discipline team members
• Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and seek new solutions
• Naturally curious and always searching for smarter and better solutions
• Never stop asking questions – with the goal to increase value on opportunities
• Are enthusiastic and take initiative to act when new thoughts and ideas are brought to the table 
• Has the ability to see the macro perspective; trigger alternative opportunities involving different competency areas, think «out-of-the-box» and see alternatives in all directions 
• Have strong facilitation and leadership skills with a high focus on integration across disciplines, functions and Business Units
• Has a drive to lead change
• Have a commercial mindset with strong focus on value improvement 
• Have strong communication skills with solid understanding for the importance of stakeholder analysis & management
• Are structured and manage to plan and work with a focus on change management and the decision making process
