Project/Installation Engineer
Contract period: ASAP - 6 months
Location: Oslo
Main Tasks:
- An independent, practical and experienced Project/Installation Engineer who can solve problems and is able to work in a small project team, with a flexible attitude in regard to travel and work at project locations.
- Provide both engineering (for example but not limited to Marine, Structural, Mechanical, Civil, Subsea) and operational support during execution with possible occasional periods offshore.
- Select suitable equipment to perform operational tasks offshore, checking all aspects of the equipment to ensure it is operated safely and efficiently with suitable certification provided to meet local and statutory regulations. Also liaise with Client/FSRU and third-party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose and fully compatible with offshore worksite.
Qualifications:
- Experience with AutoCAD (2D only) preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written essential.
- Promote a high level of HSEQ and communication standards.
