For our client, Independer Power Producer from DACH region, we are currently seeking for an experienced PV Construction Project Manager to deliver two ~50MW PV projects in North-West Poland. 

This position will be focusing on one project at a time to assure best possible performance and detail-orientation - first construction starts this year, next one after completion of first. Tasks of these position can be delivered in hybrid or remote way, with site visits when needed.

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Rprofessional implementation of PV projects in quality, time and budget,
  • Participation in EPC/BoS contract negotiation
  • Interface coordination between Engineering, Procurement and Logistic Team, Design Offices and Construction Partners,
  • Perform quality check of works and services,
  • First point of contact on site for subcontractors and third parties,
  • Visit site during construction,
  • Ensure that material delivery and construction are in accordance with the working schedule,
  • Secure that the work is in compliance with local, national and international regulations,
  • Responsible for monitoring the application and progress of connections with DSO.
  • Prepare weekly progress report, inventory list and quality report,
  • Commissioning of the power plants
For this role you should have:
  • Fully communicative English
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil or Electrical is an advance,
  • Proven experience in Project Management, especially PV Construction Project Management
  • Knowledge of the solar or wind power industry, including regulatory frameworks,
  • Familiarity with equipment supply and construction contracts, land lease agreements, and other relevant contracts in the renewable energy sector,
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills,
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with utilities, local commune, diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities,
  • Understanding of power plant operations,
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and reporting obligations in the renewable energy sector.
