We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance service provider to support the creation of the Business Management System (BMS) and its associated processes.
We are seeking a Contractor Resource who can deliver a scope of work with a view to the following key deliverables:
The service provider is required to provide full time support (40 hours) across 5 days per week.
Whilst the Contractor will be autonomous in their delivery of the work scope, the Contractor’s business contact will be the Quality Manager who will be responsible for the management of the supplier’s contract, ensuring agreed deliverables are met and they will be the point of contact for the supplier.
1. Support Offshore Wind colleagues in establishing the Offshore Wind Business Management System (BMS) by:
a. Mapping the cradle to grave current business process
b. Identify opportunities to improve the business process
c. Identifying the input and outputs of each sub process to strengthen the stage gate methodology
d. Creating procedures to document the business’s process’s
2. Ensure that all regulatory, legislative, certification, independent verification and classification requirements, as well as business needs, are met
3. Establish effective relationships and work cooperatively with colleagues to meet key milestones
4. Ensure the understanding of, and adherence to, the business management system and ISO certification with the Offshore Wind team
5. As an independent supplier, the contractor will not manage employees and will in no way be involved in any general management activities of the business.

- Immediate access to specialized skills & experience in Quality Assurance and the establishment of our Business Management System
- Additional Quality Assurance resource within the quality team to support the adherence to regulatory, legislative & certification requirements, and
- Flexible, cost-effective resourcing aligned with the temporary, nature of the role.
