Quality Engineering Services

NES Fircroft are looking for a Quality Engineer to work for a major oil and gas operator.  Location: Initially will be based in France then UAE with global missions
Start Date: September 2025
Duration: 12 months renewable contract 
Status: Resident
Travel: Missions to Iraq 


Key Activities:

• Enforce H3SE and Code of Conduct standards.
• Review QA/QC procedures, purchase orders, and inspection plans.
• Coordinate inspections and manage inspection agencies.
• Monitor and report on surveillance performance and budget.
• Participate in vendor qualification and contractor audits.
• Implement and manage a surveillance program within budget.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and vendor visits.
• Support development and implementation of the QMS.
• Conduct internal audits and promote quality culture.
• Contribute to lessons learned and vendor performance evaluations.
• Ensure vendors and EPC contractors meet quality objectives.

Candidate Profile :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas projects.
• At least 5 years in surveillance or inspection coordination roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Certifications in quality control methods (e.g., NDT, Coating) are a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
