Quality Specialist

Your responsibilities
  • Checking quality documentation provided by subcontractor
  • Participation in on-site quality acceptances
  • Quality acceptance of subcontractor's work progress
  • Making inspections with client
  • Preparation of necessary quality documentation for client
  • Fulfillment of the obligations of the occupational health and safety service resulting from the regulation on the occupational health and safety service
  • Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, rules and applicable procedures on the construction site
  • Conducting daily inspections of the construction site
  • Maintaining occupational health and safety records (documentation, analysis)
  • Informing the superior/employer about any discrepancies found and initiating changes aimed at removing them
Our requirements
  • You will be a graduate (Bsc = Licencjat) of an engineering discipline, preferably civil - others include surveying, mechanics, production engineering, mechatronics, etc.
  • You should have very strong English speaking skills (minimum B1 level) - the ratio of using English and Polish at work is 1:1.
  • You are a fluent Polish speaker.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, do multitasking and predict consequences of actions
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Self-reliance
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, particularly in communication and teamwork aspects
  • Eagerness to learn and self-improve
  • Readiness for relocation to another project in Poland in future
