Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor seeking a multiple diverse project portfolio?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Analyse project plans and contracts to provide valuable insights and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Offer expertise in cost management, procurement, and financial forecasting.
  • Conduct accurate quantity take-offs, well organised cost estimations, and budget assessments.
Skill Set:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
  • Proficient in cost estimation software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Understanding of the Construction Contracts Act.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
