Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Analyse project plans and contracts to provide valuable insights and cost-saving opportunities.
- Offer expertise in cost management, procurement, and financial forecasting.
- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs, well organised cost estimations, and budget assessments.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
- Proficient in cost estimation software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of the Construction Contracts Act.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
