Recruitment Officer

We are working with our major mining client specialising in lithium, seeking a recruitment officer to join them on an initial 3-month contract. This role to assist with all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.
Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and orientation.
• Preparing contracts and employment packages for new employees
• Prepare and manage changes to contracts for existing employees
• Support and maintain the Company HRIS System (Success Factors)
• Process CAT1 contractors
• Maintain all HR information
• Prepare adverts for posting to SEEK for vacancies
• Assist with recruitment-related queries
• Support the HR team as needed, including but not limited to HR, ER, IR, administration, and immigration
• Build and manage internal/external partnerships throughout the business

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the resources, manufacturing, or construction industry
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative & to identify potential problems & resolve
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail & time management
