We are seeking a specialist to perform Regulatory and Compliance Services, ensuring full alignment with European and UK regulatory frameworks. You will play a central role in managing compliance activities, coordinating with third parties, and ensuring all documentation and certifications are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

We are seeking a specialist to perform Regulatory and Compliance Services, ensuring full alignment with European and UK regulatory frameworks. You will play a central role in managing compliance activities, coordinating with third parties, and ensuring all documentation and certifications are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain project procedures related to regulatory compliance.
- Act as the main point of contact for the notified body (DNV) and manage the full lifecycle of the DNV contract.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with CE/UKCA marking and directives (PED, ATEX, Machinery, etc.).
- Maintain a robust documentation system and an up-to-date authorization register.
- Ensure timely and high-quality communication with third parties and cascade requirements effectively.
- Oversee the issuance of certificates and declarations of conformity until final client handover.
- Support the project team with regulatory insights and ensure alignment across all disciplines.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in onshore industrial projects (Oil & Gas or Renewable Energy).
- Proven experience with Notified Bodies / Conformity Assessment Bodies (e.g., DNV, Bureau Veritas, SGS).
- Strong knowledge of EU/UK directives: PED (PE(S)R), Machinery, ATEX.
- Experience with Module G certification and regulatory documentation.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of technical systems, construction, and testing philosophies.
- Familiarity with technical safety is a plus.
- Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
