For our client, a global manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging machines offering innovative solutions and first-class service to customers worldwide, we are looking for a Remote Service Specialist to join the team near Wrocław.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, servicing, and general support of our remote service solution (software and hardware)
- Assistance with the commissioning of the solution at the customer's site
- 3rd level customer support and internal support for technical issues
- Consultation and coordination with the IT department of our customers
- Interface between IT and OT
- Very good English skills
- Solid knowledge in the field of network architecture, including:
- Network protocols and ports
- Network architecture and routing
- LAN, TCP/IP, switching, SD-WAN, IPSec
- Network security systems (firewalls, IPS, VPN gateways)
- IT security knowledge or awareness in the context of CRA and NIS2 is an advantage
- Experience in technical customer support
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Completed training or studies in information technology or a similar field
- Ideally, experience in OT (Operational Technology)
