Currently we are hiring for below role:
Resident Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi Site
Industry: Exp with villas, hospitality, residential
Middle East Experience Required
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Lead Client's site supervision services on a flagship residential project
✔ Ensure works are executed to spec, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
✔ Represent the client on all technical and contractual matters
✔ Manage a high-performing site team across all disciplines
✔ Resolve site issues, review progress, and lead coordination across stakeholders
✔ Monitor compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project controls at all levels
✔ Administer FIDIC-based contracts and oversee change management
✔ Drive project execution plans, reporting, and internal coordination meetings
✔ Provide strategic input on budget, scope, schedule, and risk mitigation
What You Bring:
📘 Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
📆 15+ years of experience in complex construction projects, including 10+ years in high-end residential developments
🔧 Strong leadership in site supervision and project delivery
📑 Demonstrated experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams on-site
📋 In-depth knowledge of contract administration (FIDIC), construction methods, and UAE authority requirements
💼 Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
🧠 Strategic thinker with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
