Contract Manager – Major Projects (Energy/Industrial)
Location: Western Sydney | Type: Permanent
NES Fircroft working with a global industrial organisation to find an experienced Contract Manager to support commercial operations across large-scale energy, infrastructure and manufacturing projects.
In this role, you’ll be involved in both tender and execution phases, reviewing terms, managing risks, negotiating variations, and ensuring compliance across a diverse contract portfolio. You’ll act as the go-to commercial advisor for project and sales teams, and help build internal capability around contract management practices.

What They’re Looking For
- Background in Law, Commercial, or Risk Management
- 5+ years' experience in contract negotiation and administration (EPC, energy, or industrial sectors preferred)
- Strong understanding of claims, variations, and contract compliance
- Experience working across multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
