Sales & Marketing Director - Confidential Exclusive Search

As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading our business development and marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with the executive team to define and execute strategies that drive revenue, expand our client base, and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and thought leadership content
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue growth
• Represent the agency at industry events and client meetings
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention 

Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an agency or B2B environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
