We are seeking a Director/VP of Sales in Asia. You will have extensive sales experience in the Tier 1 (T1) footwear manufacturing space, a comprehensive understanding of the entire footwear supply chain (from T3, T2, and T1 suppliers to brands), and technical expertise in the T1 manufacturing process. You will leverage your experience and industry connections to drive sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a lead sales role at the Director or VP level (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in T1 manufacturing environments in Asia, maintaining a robust, up-to-date network of contactscontacts at the VP level and above.
- Proven ability to leverage your strong relationships to immediately open doors at the highest levels across multiplemultiple T1 manufacturers throughout Asia.
- Previous experience in a senior T1 supply chain or manufacturing role, particularly with responsibility for materials selection and treatments, is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use your extensive knowledge of T1/Mill/Brand sales dynamics and technical requirements to drive T1 adoption of our proprietary technology. Develop and execute a strategic plan for broad T1 adoption of the company’s eco-friendly manufacturing processes and technology.
- Achieve the company’s business goals and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Utilise and expand your network of contacts within Asian Tier 1 footwear suppliers, textile mills, and global footwearfootwear brands to build long-term partnerships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
- Regularly analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and productproduct development.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that are profitable for the company.
- Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
