SCADA Field Technician

NES Fircroft is actively seeking a skilled SCADA Field Technician to join a leading energy sector client in Kuwait. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is driving critical SCADA operations in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning:
  Install, wire, configure, and commission SCADA field devices, including Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), sensors, and associated instrumentation in compliance with project standards.
• Maintenance:
  Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation and maximum uptime of SCADA systems and field instrumentation.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:
  Identify and resolve issues with SCADA hardware components, communication networks, and control circuits. Perform field diagnostics and replace or repair faulty equipment when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of RTUs, sensors, communication protocols, and field instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with fault diagnosis and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently in field environments and respond to on-site issues promptly.
