• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of Procurement Procedures & process
• Listening skills
• Negotiation skills
• Knowledge in Logistic
• Familiar with local Indonesian Requirements i.e. APDN, P3DN, SKK Migas PTK 007.
• Able to conduct National Industry Mapping – mapping out vendor up to 3rd-tier
• Understands and able to calculate & verify vendor’s declaration on local content percentage, will be an advantage.
• Familiar and experienced with initiating and developing Master List
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Ability to work independently and as part of team
• Fluency in English
