The Role as Senior Commercial Advisor, you will drive business development activities and commercial negotiations to achieve their ambitious goal of 3GW renewable energy capacity by 2030. This multifaceted position involves collaborating across technical, legal, finance, and development disciplines to support significant commercial contracts and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial assessments and the origination of potential opportunities.
  • Support the structuring and negotiation of major commercial agreements, including development, off-take, transmission, construction, and operational agreements.
  • Support due diligence activities on potential investments, collaborations, and origination opportunities.
  • Provide commercial insights to support strategic decision-making and project execution such as such as Economic Impact Assessment, Market Studies, Project Economic Modelling.
  • Collaborate with technical, legal, finance, and development teams to progress transactions, including project financing activities

 About You
  • You will hold a bachelor’s degree in economics, Commerce, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial transactions, financial analysis, and contract negotiations within the resources or renewable energy sector (preferred)
  • Proficient in financial modelling and document review, with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience in renewable energy investments and industry benchmarking.
