Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Control Systems Engineer to join their team in Brisbane. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, commissioning and maintaining control systems that ensure the successful operation of critical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and commissioning of control systems for greenfield and brownfield projects in collaboration with client-based engineering teams
  • Client site visits (domestic Australia) for initial scope and then for commissioning
  • Manage the development of PLC and HMI software
  • Provide technical advice in system integration, testing, and commissioning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to ensure optimal performance
  • Participate in continuous improvement and enhancement processes with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or similar field
  • Rockwell experience
  • Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems and control system hardware
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
