We're Hiring: Senior Development Manager – Renewable Energy (Poland)
Are you passionate about driving the energy transition? Join our mission to develop impactful renewable energy projects across Poland. We’re looking for a Senior Development Manager to lead the development of wind, large-scale solar PV and BESS projects in collaboration with local partners and international teams.

We’re looking for a Senior Development Manager to lead the development of wind, large-scale solar PV and BESS projects in collaboration with local partners and international teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple renewable energy projects developed by local partners
- Report project progress in English to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Liaise with authorities and third parties for permitting and environmental studies
- Oversee land lease agreements, nature studies, and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate between head office and local teams for timely project input
- Support due diligence and project handover to construction
- Contribute to corporate development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development (wind or large-scale PV)
- Experience with joint development agreements is a plus
- Strong communication skills with municipalities and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Ability to interpret legal, regulatory, and technical documents
- Self-motivated, creative, and well-organized
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
