Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:

1. Recruitment:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Review and propose optimal solutions for recruitment and human resource management.
- Build and execute employer branding activities through events and internal/external communications to attract candidates and enhance the company’s brand value.
- Establish relationships with universities and organize industry-specific seminars to expand the candidate pool.
- Ensure timely and sufficient recruitment according to the company’s plan and ad-hoc requests from the Board of Directors. Coordinate with departments to execute recruitment plans and candidate selection.
- Forecast, assess, and mitigate risks in recruitment and HR management.
- Design training programs: Analyze periodic or project-based training needs to develop and update programs that meet technical requirements, safety standards, and the specific nature of the oil and gas industry.
- Organize and coordinate training: Plan and directly implement training sessions, workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing events, ensuring standardized processes, materials, and effective learning methods.
- Evaluate and improve training programs: Monitor and measure post-training effectiveness, and propose improvements based on participant feedback and HR development goals.
- Propose competency development strategies: Collaborate with departments to identify core competencies and suggest initiatives to enhance workforce quality in line with the company’s development direction and industry trends.
- Manage training data and records: Ensure complete and up-to-date training documentation for internal audits and employee competency assessments.
- Collaborate in building a company culture aligned with its vision, mission, and core values.
- Propose HR policies to optimize costs and operational efficiency.
- Provide HR management solutions aligned with the company’s long-term development strategy in the dynamic oil and gas industry.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- A second degree in Engineering or advanced HR management certifications is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior HR management roles, particularly in recruitment, training, and HR operations for companies or corporations in manufacturing, construction, recruitment services, workforce supply, or the oil and gas industry.
- Proficient in modern recruitment tools and methods, including interviews, competency assessments, and online recruitment techniques.
- Experienced in building recruitment strategies and developing a strong candidate network.
- Skilled in recruiting and training for highly technical or managerial positions.
- Strong recruitment network and database, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid knowledge of safety and technical standards in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong skills in designing training programs, organizing training events, and delivering internal training.
- Experienced in assessing training needs, developing HR training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Ability to collaborate with departments to identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms and social media for talent acquisition.
