Job Opportunity: SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER – Qatar (Oil & Gas)
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in the Oil & Gas industry
- Skills Needed:
- DCS, PLCs, ESD/F&G Systems
- Anti-Surge Control, Metering Systems
- Turbine/Compressor Control
- Strong knowledge of SIL (Safety Integrity Level)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design reviews, commissioning, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.
- Help implement monitoring programs for critical systems to ensure reliability and cybersecurity.
- Contribute to safety and integrity programs for instrumentation and F&G systems.
- Provide expert advice to other teams and departments.
- Supervise contractors and service providers.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Ensure smooth integration of new projects.
- Track and resolve technical issues, especially those involving new technologies.
- Support complex commissioning activities and optimize system performance.
