Contract period: 01.08.2024 - 31.07.2027
Location: Bærum

Main Tasks:

- Responsible for establishing effective LCI work processes in assigned project.
- Follow up status and deliveries to ensure that LCI is delivered in accordance with Contract requirements in time.
- Coordinate Company project review and verification of LCI certificates e.g. inspection of equipment packages, commissioning packages and final LCI handover to Operations.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Check (QC) of LCI delivery and progress reporting.
- Conduct internal and external LCI clarifications, ensure alignment and conduct status meetings.
- Being a part of the Technical/System Integration team, have a close cooperation with discipline leads and ensure that necessary and relevant LCI data and documentation is available for maintenance and commissioning activities.
- Follow up LCI-related risks lifted in the project and contribute to mitigating actions.
- Arrange and/or perform training sessions for internal and external project personnel regarding LCI requirements and LCI systems to ensure common understanding.
- Ensure experience transfer and lessons learned from projects to Company LCI department for continuous improvement and project excellence.
- Prepare for and take part in final project evaluations
- Act in accordance with Company values (SAFER)

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience within LCI management in project execution
- Good understanding of LCI related processes, requirements and systems
- Extensive experience with LCI and engineering systems (Aveva or similar)
- Extensive experience and understanding of LCI information/data (management, use and needs)
- Experience with dataflows, databases and SQL
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry
- Multidiscipline understanding
- Independent and structured
- Proactive, ability to recognize and solve problems , take initiatives and drive progress
- Focused on collaboration and sharing of experience with a range of teams, disciplines and strategic partners
- Flexible and adapting to handle changing priorities and new tasks
