NES Fircroft are currently partnering with an emerging gold miner with sites based throughout the Kalgoorlie region of Western Australia in sourcing a Senior Metallurgist to join their site based team. This role is a permanent FIFO position on an 8/6 roster to support the day to day gold processing operations and provide guidance for the metallurgy team.

Key experience/skills the role requires are
- Tertiary degree in Process or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of Gold Processing experience within Australia
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with mining and geology departments
- Process improvement and cost reduction project exposure
- Strong metallurgical monitoring and accounting experience
- Currently located in Western Australia with full Australian working rights
