Senior Process Operator – Gold Processing Plant | FIFO Perth 8/6 7/7
Location: Perth FIFO
Roster: Family-friendly 8/6 and 7/7
Salary: $130,000+ base plus super plus STI bonus (base salary dependent on experience)

Senior Process Operator who is experienced in gold processing and safety-focused to join a close-knit team on an operational gold mine.

- Process Technician with gold processing experience
- Strong operational knowledge of all plant areas
- Current manual driver’s licence
- Ability to provide a National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a PEM and DAS
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the gold processing plant, ensuring optimal performance across all fixed plant operations.
Operate and monitor all areas of the gold processing plant (crushing, grinding, gravity, leaching/adsorption, elution, tails disposal)
- Support gold room operations and provide coverage as needed
- Perform minor repairs and assist maintenance teams
- Maintain high standards in safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance
- Mentor and train team members; provide coverage for the Process Supervisor when required
