We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior Program Associate to support our client's Indonesia Program focused on energy efficiency.

This role involves planning, executing, and advancing a portfolio of projects in Indonesia and ASEAN through research, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role reports to the Indonesia Program Manager and works closely with regional teams across Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination
•    Ensure project goals are delivered on time and within budget.
•    Coordinate with internal teams and manage external consultants.
•    Support donor reporting, communications, and attend team meetings.

Leadership & Strategy
•    Assist in developing and executing strategies to meet program goals.
•    Identify opportunities to maximize project impact.

External Relations
•    Represent the program at national and international meetings and events.
•    Maintain high ethical standards and promote organizational values.

Business Development
•    Identify new opportunities and lead proposal development.
•    Stay informed on sector trends to support program growth.

Technical & Policy Work
•    Lead research and policy modeling to inform national energy efficiency standards.
•    Present technical insights in accessible formats for policymakers.
•    Collaborate on publications and advocacy materials.

Capacity Building
•    Deliver trainings on data analysis and modeling tools to stakeholders.

Key Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in economics, energy, engineering, environmental science, public policy, or international relations.
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in energy, environmental, or public policy fields.
•    Familiarity with cooling/appliance sectors or policy advocacy is a plus.
•    Strong teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
•    Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
•    Able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
•    Mission-driven and passionate about impactful work.
