Job Purpose
Ensure the quality of engineering, design, procurement, construction, and installation of new equipment, as well as the repair and modification of facilities, aligns with industry Codes, Standards, and Company Policies. Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose
Ensure the quality of engineering, design, procurement, construction, and installation of new equipment, as well as the repair and modification of facilities, aligns with industry Codes, Standards, and Company Policies. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise QA/QC Inspectors, Engineers, and NDT Technicians.
- Lead metallurgical failure analyses and recommend corrective actions.
- Support procurement QA/QC processes, including TPI coordination and material inspection.
- Review and approve WPS, PQRs, and QA/QC reports.
- Contribute to Startup Readiness, EMOC, RCFA, and risk assessments.
- Evaluate and audit contractor QA/QC systems and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure timely inspection and certification of lifting equipment and gas cylinders.
- Promote quality awareness through training and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in updating QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance across departments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Professional certifications in Welding, NDT, Inspection, or Auditing.
- Minimum 6 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of design, procurement, fabrication, inspection, and installation of process equipment and piping.
- Expertise in welding and QA/QC troubleshooting.
