Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for wind turbine supply, turnkey solutions, and service contracts.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations focused on pricing, risk, terms, and margin protection.
- Drive cross-functional teams toward successful project closures
- Craft and execute sales strategies tailored to specific Eastern European markets.
- Build trusted relationships with developers, utilities, and government stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, and project management to align proposals with client requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and reports using CRM and analytical tools.
- Represent our company at tenders, industry conferences, and client presentations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related
- Additional training in sales strategy, contract law, or project finance is a plus.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ in wind or renewable energy.
- Strong track record in high-value contract negotiation and project closure.
- Deep knowledge of wind industry dynamics in Poland
- Skilled in leading cross-disciplinary teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communicator and strategic thinker.
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
