Location: Adelaide, SA (with occasional travel to mine sites across South Australia)
Employment Type: 12 Month contract with potential to extend

What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure Dam Safety: Monitor and respond to dam integrity issues, supporting operations with timely and effective solutions.
- Lead Critical Controls: Own and verify key control activities to maintain safe and compliant dam operations.
- Analyze Data: Interpret operational and geotechnical data to support decision-making and risk management.
- Meet Reporting Requirements: Deliver accurate and timely statutory reports.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a key liaison between operations and departments including projects, planning, environment, and risk.
- Qualifications: Degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Mining Engineering, or a related discipline such as Hydrology or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience in tailings or water dam management, dam safety assessments, or hydrological analysis.
- Mining Background: Prior experience in the mining industry is essential.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to work across multiple teams and levels.
