NES Fircroft has partnered with a leading global technology company. They are looking to expand their team and bring on a Service Coordinator on a 6 month contract with a high possibility of extension!

Location: Notting Hill. 

Duties and responsibilities: 
  • Developing strong relationships with all customers and stakeholders both face to face and remote
  • Facilitating efficient scheduling of jobs and assigning of technicians
  • Liaising with clients to arrange the delivery of parts and equipment relevant to the job and other procurement needs
  • Utilise business ERP systems and processes to optimise operations effectiveness including monitoring and analysing to drive business performance as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifying contract types and scheduling service tasks at appropriate intervals ahead of time to reduce risks and potential call outs. 
 Experience wanted: 
  • Previous experience as a Coordinator or Administrator 
  • Experience using SAP and Salesforce 
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office – e.g. Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proactive and highly organised
