Plan for the shop operation and lead production process on daily basis.
• Ensure production processes run reliably and efficiently.
• Planning and organizing production schedule.
• Promote and Drive an EHS & Quality based Services Culture
• Assessing project and resource requirements.
• Organizing and plan for repair and routine maintenance for the customer equipment’s.
• Receive equipment’s and verify goods after jobs
• Follow-up on required service level for the received equipment and share it with the external customer.
• Review& Share Repair cost quotes with the external customer and secure approval for the required repair.
• Plan and schedule Shop production to meet with the customer KPI’s
• Liaise between customer and shop for the required parts and ensure parts are secured for production.
• Liaise between customer and Inventory team for parts shortage arrangements.
• Coordinate between customer and shop to ensure continuous service delivery.
• Share production schedule update with the customer on daily and weekly basis.
• Manage and entertain customer requirements to ensure 100% customer satisfaction


Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree at Engineering from a reputable university or college (Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial)
• fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills.
• Have ability to manage effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Show good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements
• Have the ability to coordinate between workshop and customer, to ensure 100% success in deployments delivery and KPI’s.
• Be able to work efficiently in shifts and extended hours.
• (Preferred) Previous oil and gas experience
• Be able to use Planning and negotiation skills, to achieve KPI’s and Delivery.
