Job Title: Shop Mechanic
Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled Shop Mechanic II to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on oilfield drilling equipment. This position requires hands-on mechanical experience, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a strong focus on safety. Candidates should have 4–7 years of relevant experience in oilfield or heavy equipment maintenance.

Candidates should have 4–7 years of relevant experience in oilfield or heavy equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair, maintain, and install oilfield drilling machinery and equipment using hand tools and mechanical knowledge.
- Attach hoisting cables to pumps, transmissions, diesel engines, and other equipment at drill sites.
- Secure equipment for transport to and from the repair yard.
- Follow both oral and written work orders to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with industry standards.
- 4–7 years of experience in mechanical repair, preferably in the oilfield or heavy equipment sector.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with oilfield machinery.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and work orders.
- Physically capable of lifting and securing heavy equipment.
